Commit about 1-2 hours daily. In reality, these are the things you SHOULD be doing every day in your business already.
Consistency is key, but if you miss a day, get back on track as soon as possible. The program is about building habits and making consistent progress, so don't be too hard on yourself and keep moving forward.
